  • Exchanged knowledge in dairy science and processing technologies in Italy and Taiwan.
  • Participated in academic exchange and technology transfer with the National University of Singapore (NUS) in low-temperature drying technologies for agricultural products and foods.
  • Gained years of experience in tropical fruit processing technology exchange in Taiwan.
